5. About the Company
Veegaland Developers Limited is a real estate development company engaged in planning, development and sale of multi-storied residential apartment projects in Kerala. The Company operates under the brand name “Veegaland Homes” and has undertaken projects in Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode and Thrissur. Its residential offerings are described across mid-premium, premium, ultra-premium, luxe-series and ultra-luxury segments, with projects implemented in accordance with applicable RERA provisions.
The Company was incorporated as Vintes Solutions Private Limited on August 10, 2007. Its name changed to Vintes Developers Private Limited in 2010 and to Veegaland Developers Private Limited in 2011. Following conversion into a public limited company, the name became Veegaland Developers Limited, with a fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 6, 2025.
The Company states that its construction activities are carried out through independent third-party civil contractors, subcontractors and vendors, while architectural, structural engineering and MEP services are undertaken by external consultants. Its in-house engineers undertake project monitoring, planning, supervision, quality control and regulatory compliance.

The RHP states that all 10 completed projects had been fully sold as of June 30, 2026. The 12 ongoing projects comprised 987 units excluding seven JDA units, of which 637 units had been sold; the saleable area excluding JDA allocation represented 63.62% booked. The three upcoming projects were Fortune Kochi, Sarovar Kozhikode and East Fort Kochi, with an aggregate estimated saleable area of 4,62,010 sq. ft
