Before committing to anything, you should know exactly what you are committing to. We take you through the full listing journey what happens, in what order, who is involved, how long it realistically takes and what changes permanently once you are listed. We bring in the details that apply to your sector rather than a generic overview
Pre-IPO readiness
We look closely at the company's financial health, its business model and where it sits in the market, and give you a straight answer on whether it is ready. Where it is not, we tell you what specifically needs to change and roughly how long that will take. It is far cheaper to find a gap now than to find it during due diligence.
Legal and regulatory compliance
An IPO brings a considerable body of law with it. We guide the company through the regulatory requirements, coordinate with legal counsel and prepare the company for legal due diligence so that the process moves without avoidable delays.
Support after listing
Listing is the start of a new set of obligations, not the end of the work. We continue to advise on investor relations, financial reporting and the ongoing compliance that comes with being a listed company.
For most SMEs, the mainboard is the longer-term ambition. We stay with promoters after listing tracking performance, keeping compliance in order, and helping build towards eventual migration.
