Endiya Partners

Endiya Partners backs Indian product companies across deep tech, healthcare, SaaS and AI.

Overview

Endiya Partners is a Hyderabad-based early-stage venture capital firm founded in 2015. The firm backs Indian product companies building for large global markets, with a particular interest in enterprise technology, deep tech, healthcare, life sciences and fintech. Its portfolio includes businesses across software, semiconductors, robotics, aerospace, digital health and financial technology.

Endiya's core identity is that of a thematic investor focused on IP-led product companies. Rather than spreading investments across every startup category, the firm concentrates on technology businesses where technical expertise and domain knowledge can create a meaningful competitive advantage.

Investment Focus and Stage

Endiya invests primarily at the pre-seed, seed and Series A stages, with initial investments typically ranging from $1 million to $3 million. Its third fund, with a corpus of up to $125 million, focuses on deep tech, healthcare, SaaS and artificial intelligence.

The firm's technology thesis covers enterprise software, cybersecurity, semiconductors, robotics, aerospace and AI. Healthcare investments extend into digital health, medical technology, diagnostics, biotechnology and life sciences. Endiya also backs fintech and technology-enabled businesses where it sees strong product and market potential.

The firm looks for large and growing markets, clearly defined customer problems, strong technical teams and businesses capable of building defensible products.

Fund Size and Portfolio

Endiya's third fund has a target corpus of up to $125 million, following its earlier funds that brought the firm's total capital base to a larger multi-fund platform. The fund continues Endiya's focus on early-stage technology companies and provides capital for both new investments and follow-on rounds.

Its portfolio includes Darwinbox, Qapita, Zluri, Scrut Automation, SigTuple, Sugar.fit, AquaExchange, Eyestem, BluJ Aerospace, Perceptyne, Steradian Semiconductors and Kissht.

AquaExchange has become one of Endiya's active portfolio investments, with the firm leading an $8 million Series B round in 2026. The platform combines aquaculture technology, farm monitoring, financing and market access for fish and shrimp farmers. Endiya also backed Qapita, an enterprise SaaS platform for private-market equity management, and participated in Sugar.fit's growth as a digital health company focused on diabetes management.

Steradian Semiconductors was acquired by Renesas Electronics, while Darwinbox and Kissht have developed into major businesses within Endiya's earlier portfolio.
