Exfinity Venture Partners invests in technology businesses targeting global markets.

Overview

Exfinity Venture Partners is a Bengaluru-based venture capital firm founded in 2014 by technology industry veterans. The firm backs technology companies building products for global markets and operates across the India-US-Singapore corridor. Its portfolio reflects a strong orientation toward businesses where proprietary technology, engineering capabilities and technical expertise can create long-term differentiation.

Investment Focus and Stage

Exfinity invests primarily from pre-seed through Series A, with follow-on participation as companies scale. Its investment approach is centered on B2B businesses addressing large, complex problems where technology can become a core competitive advantage.

The firm looks closely at AI infrastructure, semiconductors, robotics, industrial automation, cybersecurity and enterprise software. It generally seeks founders with strong technical depth and products capable of serving international markets. Typical investment sizes have historically ranged from around $500,000 to $3.5 million, depending on the company's stage and capital requirements.

Fund Size and Portfolio

Exfinity has built its platform through multiple funds, with three completed fund cycles before launching Fund IV. Its second fund closed at ₹300 crore, while Fund IV, announced in January 2026, has a target corpus of ₹1,100 crore. The latest fund is designed to provide both initial and follow-on capital to companies that require substantial time to develop and commercialize their products.

The portfolio includes more than 40 companies, with investments such as MoEngage, Pixis, Kinara.ai, Ati Motors, CloudSEK, Awiros, Chara Technologies, Mad Street Den, Locus, Log9, NeuralGarage, RagaAI and Uniken. Among these, MoEngage has built a customer engagement platform used by businesses globally, while Ati Motors develops autonomous mobile robots for industrial applications. Kinara.ai develops AI processors, and Chara Technologies works on rare-earth-free motor technology.
