Founded in 2018, the fund backs entrepreneurs building technology-driven businesses across India and global markets. Its portfolio spans fintech, consumer businesses, health-tech, SaaS, industrial technology, mobility, agriculture and logistics.
Investment Focus and Stage
ITI follows a sector-agnostic approach, with particular interest in businesses where technology can solve large, practical problems. Its investments have covered B2B commerce, financial services, industrial and IoT applications, healthcare, consumer brands, mobility and agriculture technology.
The fund invests from pre-seed through Series B, with its strongest emphasis on early-stage opportunities. Typical investments are in the range of $500,000 to $2 million. ITI positions itself as a first partner to founders and combines capital with operational guidance, industry connections and support around scaling the business. Its investment philosophy centers on founder quality, disruptive ideas, operational expertise and thesis-led investing.
Fund Size and Portfolio
ITI launched its first fund in 2018 with a corpus of about ₹62 crore. Its second fund targets a corpus of ₹200 crore and had secured ₹80 crore during its initial fundraising phase. The fund has built a portfolio spanning more than two dozen companies.
