PeerCapital's maiden fund secured a first close of ₹300 crore in February 2023. The fund backs early-stage technology companies and maintains reserves for follow-on investments.
Its portfolio includes 16 companies, including Bidso, Flash, Fabriclore, Redacto, Stupa, Terra, Vaaree, Webless, Furrl, One Impression, UrSpayce, TyrePlex, and other technology-led businesses. These companies span manufacturing procurement, online shopping, fabric sourcing, home furnishings, sports analytics, workspace management, and creator marketing.
Leadership
Ankur Pahwa is Managing Partner. He spent more than two decades at EY, where he advised startups, entrepreneur-led businesses, and investors on transactions, acquisitions, and growth.
Karthik Prabhakar is Managing Partner, bringing experience in venture capital, product development, and marketing. He has been part of India's technology industry since 2005 and has also worked on IoT solutions.
Rohit M A is Managing Partner and co-founded Cloudnine Group of Hospitals in 2006. His experience building and scaling a healthcare business informs his work with early-stage founders.
