5. About the Company
Robokidz Eduventures Limited was incorporated on December 23, 2014 as Robokidz Eduventures Private Limited and converted into a public limited company with a fresh certificate dated April 21, 2026.
The Company provides technology-enabled learning and skill development solutions for K-12 students in Robotics, AI, Coding, Electronics and STEM.
Educational Laboratory Setup Projects cover the design, supply, installation and commissioning of Robotics, AI and STEM laboratories, along with kits, curriculum, teacher training and technical support.
Subscription Services are offered through the Young Engineers Garage (YEG) model, supported by digital platforms including Drag-on.ai, LMS and the Robokidz RC application.
The Company also operates a franchise model under the Young Engineers Academy (YEA) brand through its wholly owned subsidiary, Robokidz Retails Private Limited.
As of the RHP, the Company had four Activity Centers under the YEA brand: two franchisee-operated centres at Malad (West), Mumbai and Baner, Pune, and two operated directly by the Company and its subsidiary.
As of July 31, 2026, confirmed purchase/work orders aggregated to ₹8,280.27 lakhs, of which ₹7,528.91 lakhs remained outstanding as of September 3, 2026.
Revenue from operations came from Educational Laboratory Setup Projects, Subscription Services and Other Educational Services.
The Company's revenue architecture is described as two-tier: Educational Laboratory Setup Projects create the initial institutional engagement, while Subscription Services and Other Educational Services are intended to support continuing relationships.
The Company's offerings are supported by proprietary digital platforms, educational kits, curriculum, teacher training and technical support. Its wholly owned subsidiary, Robokidz Retails Private Limited, operates the activity-centre vertical and uses the Young Engineers Academy (YEA) franchise model.
